Travis,

Ringwom is a fungal infection. You can use lamasol(sp?) for it just rub it miconazole works or tinactin. Any thing for fungus. Athletes foot is a fungus and you can use any of the treatments for athletes foot.

Bleach is the cheapest and easiest way to cure ringworm. Mix 1 part bleach to 10 parts water, and dab it on the spots once or twice a day for 3 or 4 days. DON"T use it near the dog's eyes!
Ringworm is also contagious to humans, so use great care handling her, and keep kids away from her until it is cleared up. Also keep her separate from any other dogs.
Laurie

Ringworm is horrible. I got a couple dogs from Utah, and come to find out they had ringworm. So I then had 6 dogs with it. It was real bad on there ears and nose. I was lucky I kept it pretty contained. I used Betadine scrub on them daily, and antifungal.

That was around this time last year. It's nasty in the winter. I was just glad I had everything under control before my dog had pups. I was pretty pissed to say the least.
