Kinda Southeastern! There are jobs around here! People say there aren't alot but I have been offered 4 full-time jobs in the past year and a half. Was looking a little last year. I have been at my current job for 16 years.
Coonhunting is great around here. I don't have a dog anymore but still go with a couple of friends. I mostly rabbit hunt now! The 6 acres is wooded and there is coon there also! We love the property my wife is going to school right now and we have been offered a larger piece of ground by some friends.

and we still got these. My grandson's pup brought it back to the road Friday night . Someone deer hunting must have killed it earlier that day and cut the rattlers off.

Michael I'd tell ya to get a beagle and take up bunny hunting, but after this December I could easily see someone getting fed up with snow.

The blowing wind and snow today is pretty impressive ... I keep expecting to see a caribou cut across the back of our property.

we have the same problem hear in Iowa. We broke our snow record last year, and so far this year we are ahead by 6 inches. We have 18 inches on the gound with 5 to 10 more coming the next two days, not to forget the high of -4 today. might have to go to Florida and watch the Hawkeyes win there bowl game and stay till spring
