does any clubs yous a application process for club members to join? If so can someone send me a copy to go by.

The way we do it at our club is like this... New member comes to a meeting and fills out a name, address and phone number card. At the end of the meeting, all new awaiting members leave the meeting and the present club members take a vote on whether or not we as a club would like to make the applicant a member. The process takes about 5 total minutes and seems to work pretty good!
