hardtime and brier creek

the dog ive got goes back to hardtime speck in the third or fourth gen on the daddys side the momma has a couple briar creek dogs just not sure wich ones i think its brair creek snake but not positive dont have the papers with me. he is a great track dog and a decent tree dog with a big mouth and has the coon almost every time. usally misses one about every 3 or fourth time i go. seems like he will have the meat for like 20 times in a row then he will stick tree 2 or 3 in a row then its back up to 15 or 20 with the meat i dont know what it is but somtimes he just has an off day, its usally when the coons aint stirrin much i think.

Briar Creek and Hardtyme

Post this on the English board you are bound to get a better response. BC good, start young, generally don't have a problem with them looking up, independant, good mouths, generally get a good change over, straight on coon only. bad, not exactly open mouth track dogs, some are some are not. will get a few that are independant to a fault at young age but seem to come around when they are 2-3.
