what is the difference in ivomec & ivomec +?

I was told that the Ivomec Plus for Swine has a substance to kill Liver Flukes and can be deadly for dogs. Can't verify that but will stay away from it. I looked at the labels last night in teh store to compare and sure enough the Plus lists it kills liver flukes whereas the plain Ivomec does not. Hope this helps!

I was also told not to get the plus, that it would kill dogs.
