Information about the Bayler Teal Benefit Coon Hunt and Auction

TO ALL: BAYLER TEAL BENEFIT COON HUNT AND AUCTION OCT.18th

Just wanted to let everyone know a few things about the hunt and auction.
This will be an all day event. Everyone is welcome. There is a playground at the club for the kids to play on. There will be horseshoes set up to pass the time. For the ones who like College Football there will be a TV set up for the games on Saturday. All tents and chairs are welcome.

There will be people at the club starting at 8:00 AM. Anyone that wants to come out and help set up will be more than welcome.

A hog has been donated and will be barbequed and all of the sides will be available. Lunch will be served around 1:00 PM.

Both Pepsi and coke products will be available to drink.

50/50 raffle will be going around. 50 will go to the winner and the other 50 will go to Bayler.

There will be speaker’s set up with music playing.

The auction will start at 3:00 PM.

The bench show deadline is 6:00 PM.

The Nite Hunt deadline is 8:00 PM.

After the bench show and before the deadline for the Nite Hunt there also will be a Treeing Contest!!

To all that reads this post please tell everyone that you know about this benefit and lets gather to make this a great day for little Bayler!

Hi this is Daren McKenzie, the McBee softball coach for the rec. WHen is this benefit hunt? Might help to post the date on here. I would love to come, let me know the date......

Everybody that reads this needs to try and come out and give a helping hand. This family needs our help and prayers....Bayler is a 5 year old little boy who has cancer, please show the world how we as coon hunters can help...
