ear problems??

One of my dogs now has about the worst problems with his ears I have ever seen, they will clear up for a while then right back to scratching them raw again. Vet said it was yeast infection not mange, other dogs are fine. Hydro cortisone knocks down the scratching and itching but after a while he is right back at it. Have also tried topical antibiotics and pills. Going to drug store today to see what kind of ear washes or yeast infections gunk they have.
Any suggestions??

My vet mixes me up some stuff with ivomec in it..Mine had a bad yeast infection once. They gave me some kind of pill to give 3 times a day for like 7 to 10 days..Cleaned her ears real good..Now I clean them every 2 to 3 weeks with this stuff I have..Thats the ticket.Getting them clean and keeping them that way.
