Okay - I've been out of it for a while... and I need a refresher

... How do I place Dog C in the Winner's Pack, does he get 3rd place or 4th Place?

Scenario:
Dog A strike 100 - Circle
Dog B strike 75 - Circle
Dog C - scratched for Non Hunting - after 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Dog D - scratched for Non Hunting - after 1/2 hour.

1st - to Dog A, 2nd Place to Dog B and 4th Place to Dog D.

So does Dog C get 3rd place, or becuase it was scratched get 4th, just like Dog D?

if you don't finish the full winners pack you get the least possible position.
