ultrak 440 has countdown. Best one I could find. Got it from Brown's Dog Supply in Iowa.1-563-263-0974.

I LIKE MY TIMEX IRONMAN..........IT HAS 2 HOUR COUNT DOWN AND 2 STOP WATCHS.........AND I CAN WARE IT ON MY WRIST........
