Gotten Twice in Two Weeks

Well went out to the Ole Hunting Truck tonight to get ready to go hunting and just filled it up last night. Guess what? Empty again. I swear it is like somebody watched me fill my truck up. This mess has got to stop. I swear nobody's life is worth a tank of gas but I have got to put a stop to this mess. Guess I am going to have to break down and put up camera's. I heard the dogs last night but I was tired as all get out and didn't get up. My fault in a way I guess but 3am comes early. Neighbors say they heard them raising sand and thought I surely would have gotten up. Oh well enough of my crying. Thiefs unreal. I got a feeling there are in sight of my house but time will tell.

make sure they didn't pop the tank to get gas, some thieves have been sliding under trucks and poking holes in tanks

You can get a outdoor video camera with night vision for $30 from harbor freight. hook it up to an VCR and start recording on when you go to bed.
We had one on a coon feeder and it worked pretty good. Had it hooked up to the TV and we learned alot about feeding habits of coons.

if i was a theif, not that i ever really was one, but if i used to be, i wouldn't go near a house with a couple of big, wild eyed, crazy german shepards or doberman's running around.

Years ago, my wife's father caught some people trying to rob his tank. They crawled under the truck trying to hide. They crapped in their britches when the buisness end of his 44 mag poked them side.

catch em walking away with you gass in their gass cans and start chucking lit road flairs at them or shoot em with some good ol rock salt ........ you need a camera that dont flash an ir or something like that

Get a gas can put a few gallons of gas in it, put some sugar in it, then put it out in plain sight. hehehe

sugar wolnt do anything(mythbusters proved it) but mixing half and half deisel and gas will screw up an engine bad.
knowing my luck though i would forget i fixed this gas tank and screw my own engine up..lol

how are these theives getting your gas with out cutting your tank. about 3/4 the way down the hose that goes to the tank on about all 90+yr vehicles has a screen in them. just wondering. theives have found this out around here and now are carrying a hacksaws or sharp knifes to help them.

Everynight before you go to bed, you should drain out all your gas, and fill the tank up with rattle snakes. That'll learn em. If ya cant git the snakes, try stuffing a rabid badger in there.

Hey I had one on it. My nephew says they can take a pair of channel locks and snap it right off in which it looks like they did.

I have a Rottie but he is in the kennel. Be my luck he would maul them and I would be the one getting sued.

the sugar wont work and the diesel would but all they would have to do is throw in some moth balls or some rubbing alcohol and it will run and wont gum up the engine. I would mix some gas and bleach in a can now that will eat the top of their pistons off they may get about two miles on it before it starts.

What kind of tapes do you use? Most of them only record six hours.

hook the truck up to some electricity. my uncle did this with a regular extention cord. next morning cap was on the ground next to the theive's gas can. gas was all still there.
