I have never had any collected either but from what I have heard, the fellow at Once Frozen in Oklahoma is the best at collecting. I reckon he knows "which button to push".

you use a teaser bitch in heat and intercept with the collection receptical......or....<<blush>> well basically it's a hand job (never done it myself tho)
