Give em Hot Dogs out in the yard when he comes to you.
Positive reinforcement.

It takes time! LOTS of time! Mine was so scared she wouldnt take hotdogs or treats from me! It took forever to get her to come up to me! Just work with him..he will get better.

YOU COULD START WITH GAINING HIS TRUST.

HE MAY NOT BE SHY, HE JUST MIGHT NOT HAVE ALOT OF CONFIDENCE IN HUMANS.

YOU'VE JUST GOT TO WORK WITH HIM AND DO WHAT EVER YOU CAN TO TRY TO MAKE HIM FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH YOU.

SOMETIMES, NO MATTER HOW HARD YOU TRY THEY DONT CHANGE.

TAKE CHUNKS OF HOT DOGS AND TOSS THEM TO HIM GRADUALLY GET HIM TO COME CLOSER AND WORK TOWARDS GETTING HIM TO COME TO YOU LOOKING FOR A REWARD.

WHEN HE FIGURES OUT HE CAN COME TO YOU AND YOU REWARD HIM, IT'LL BE EASIER TO GET HIM TO DO IT ON A REGULAR BASIS.
