tried it once was out off dog food and feeder was nearly out so I used sweet feed and it seemed like it took a little longer for the coons to eat it but it did work

Ihave used it before they like it ,the only thing gets wasted is the rye ,oats, just dont get it to wet with molasses.I THINK sweet stuff is going for like 7.50 a bag.

They do eat it, but they come to the dog food much better. Bad thing with Sweet feed is it sticks to the bucket after a while.

I use it for awhile every spring when the kittens first come down. I mix safeguard hog wormer in the feed at that time of year, and the molasses in the feed helps the wormer crumbles stick to the feed.

Its the best way Ive found to keep everything mixed togather and make sure the kits get the wormer.

Sweet feed works really good. You can't keep them out of it at the barn. Ground cattle feed with some molasses and cherry oil brings them in good.
