? about Puppy Vac.

I am in the process of ordering puppy vaccines. Just was wondering what everyone uses for the first initial vaccination. I thought I read that you shouldn't give the Lepto vac for the first time. But not sure which ones I should buy. Just need a little guidance.....and success with brand.

shots

never had a problem with lepto,
I give the seven way right from the start, every two to three weeks until they are six months old.
I give my own rabies three months old & four months... then every six months...
these will not count for the state of Ohio, they have to be givien by a state lic. vet. to get a tag......just my own insurance that pups will have it before they are work on live coon..

THIS IS WHAT I DO.... BILL

I know everyone has their own preferences, but we get our 8-in-1 puppy shots from our Vet and have never had a problem with them. They also cover the coronavirus that most feed store shots don't cover. My suggestion is just make sure the puppies are vaccinated for distemper and parvo virus with EVERY round of shots.

Best wishes,
Becky

You can get tags for rabies shots in ohio if you buy yours rabies vaccines from PBS Animal Health. I didnt know that you could until last year when I got my vacs from there. Just an FYI.
