Bear Hunt?

I was wanting to know where I could go to find a bear hunt resonable. I heard that people who run there bears with dogs want people to buy there tags and kill the bears so that they dont have to fill their tags. Don't know if there is any truth to this, I was just wondering?

Thanks,
Robbie Spears

People accuse me of being color blind. The truth is I will hunt red ones, blue ones, black and white ones, yellow ones, black and tan ones, or even brindle ones; Just as long as they are English!

bear hunt

I am from Ontario Canada. We have lots of bears but you cant hunt until fall. I hace a cabin up north and if you are a dog man you would be welcome to hunt free with me next year. I am buying a couple of new dogs for bear for next year so if we ran a pack that would be awesome. You may not want to wait that long though. I hear West Virginia is pretty good even this late in year. William

Yes Robbie you can bring across border. There are some rules and regulations and a license fee for non residents but its not terriblY expensive. There are probably ways around it as well I will check a little more for you. I also want to find out if you can run bear other times of the year for "'dog training". It is pretty isolated where I go but my "cabin" has all amenities and its freeThere are 100000 acres of crown land and NOBODY for miles Lots of little lakes and hundreds of logging roads. William
