You said she has just started to put it all togather by herself.
Just a guess, but I would say she has it all figured out up to the barking treed part. Its different when there bayed, I know several who wont bark in a hole. Only dig. Old dogs, GRNTCH's.
Im betting with a few more coon up by herself she'll get the idea to bark treed. Encourage her when you get there, and dont shoot untill she barks. When she does, even a few barks at first, knock that sucker out. Make a fuss about it. Squall, shake vines, clap, hell bring along a marchin band ( ok stop short of that one)
Ive had several who took a few weeks to realy roll it over when they were first singled out. They would just sit there and locate now and then. Some that were fairly hard tree dogs with company.
Its a big step for some to go it alone. Especialy those who were hunted to death with a "puppy trainer" from the start. Some realy good ones think before they do, some idiots do before they think.
