Has never happened to me...matter of fact...I don't know anyone it's happened to.
All the stud owners I know offer a rebreed. I've never heard of a refund of breeding plus expense from any stud owner till now.

Neal:

I am sure you are upset, but keep the dog and therefore owners name out of it. That is something between you and him and it is just not a good idea to post that on a public forum. I don't know either of you from a hill of beans, but nothing good can come of it.

Always get stuff like that in writing. At least then you have proof if you decide to pursue it.

briar. i usually agree with you but not on this one. if some one is doing people wrong. i dant want to go to him either and the only way to find out is if people speak up. but i also think people should speak up if they had good results also.

neil did the guy just say no go away or just isnt answering?

To Speak Out Or Not To Speak Out

People speaking out about a stud owner not abiding by a guarantee is something that should be publicized. This is a forum, right? The stud dog wasn't down talked, but who wants to breed to him if there might be a problem. If the stud owner would have refunded his stud fee back, this thread would not be on here. I'm not too old, but I can remember making a deal on word and a hand shake. Does anyone recall things being done like that??????????
