? on dog bedding

What do most people use for dog bedding in the summer
so dogs don't get to hot? Thanks for all replies.

I use rubber stall mats from tractor supply.Use a jig saw to cut them to fit your box. When they get dirty take them out and hose them down.

I usually use straw during the summer because it doesn't hold as much heat as pine & cedar chips.

bedding

Good pasture hay or cedar chips, straw turns to dust and isnt good for hounds nose, could you breathe that stuff very long without getting a stuffy nose ?

Hello, my name is Bill. I live in the Ozarks of AR. Due to my health I have not been able to enjoy the sport that we are passionate about. A year ago I set in motion an idea that I've had for years. Throughout this year it has progressed from just a simple idea to lawyers, patent attorneys, think tank groups, etc.

At this time they are in the trial and error phase of product development, with different materials. They are running a barrage of tests such as durability, feel, washability, waterproofing, environmental reactivity, etc. and anything else that has to be tested so that the product will be in total compliance with gov't rules and regulations for this product type.

Hopefully this will be a solution!!!!

God Bless each and everyone of you.

I usually switch to cedar or pine shavings in the summer, just
didn't know if there was anything out there that was cooler
for the dogs. Thanks for all the replies. Keep'm coming.
