Just a thought, I think I'd cut the top of the tree off right above your lick block...I dont think you'd want your dog to tree on that particular tree...and this would force the coon to leave and climb a different tree. I can see where a dog might learn to tree on the scent of a lick block instead of coon if they were praised up for treeing on the same tree with a lick block hung on it. Again, this is just a though. Nice pics too...your camera takes real clear ones!
