As some of you already know a few weeks back Ashley was rushed to the hospital in extreme pain. She woke up about 3 am that morning and couldn't breathe or talk. Once they got her to the hospital it was determined she had a severely infected gallbladder and would need it removed immediately. The doctors wanted to take it out right then, but do to a large infection that was already present chose to put her on antibiotics to fight it and wait it out before performing surgery. Well here we are two weeks later and she finally had surgery this morning. She is out of surgery and doing fine. She is in recovery right now and will spend a day or so in the hospital making sure the infection didn't spread and that she is safe to come home. Thank you to all of you who have called to check on her and we hope to see most of you at either Autumn Oaks or the World. Not sure if we will be able to make Oaks, but should be at the world barring any further complications, just a matter of whether or not she is well enough in time. Just wanted to give and update for those who had asked. Thanks for your thoughts and prayers. Matt

Did not know Ashely had been sick. Glad to here the Surgery went welll - Please give her my love and let her know she is in my Thoughts and Prayers.

Ashley wants to thank everyone who has posted, sent emails & PM's, and has called. She is recovering well, had a few bumps but is pulling right through like I knew she would. Oaks is still up in the air as the doctor told her today it would take 4-6 weeks for her to heal, but she is stubborn as all get out and doesn't want to take no as an answer. Thanks again everyone!

I did nopt know that she was sick. I am so sorry to hear about it but now she is on the road to recovery and I do hope to see ya guys at AO tell her We are keeping her up in prayer and and you also from Deb and Nolan Crump.
As youo know we buried my Father 3 wks ago and then my girls grandmother on their fathers side 2 wks later and my Uncle Vic from Ariz died this last sunday so now I think I have had enough. i AM DONE NOW Lord willing. Tell her hi for us and hi to you also
