Brad H.

Ok Brad, I see mom hasn't got you straightened out yet, so let me try. Which do you prefer to hunt a male or female? Myself I prefer a female. How many times have you been hunting a male, and there are two other males and a female in the cast. You turn them loose the males smell everything there feet touch and bristle at each other, but that female is gone. I don't really judge a dog until about a week or two after I've had it. It has too get use to me and I to it. If it has some faults, I try to correct it. Look at all the polls that have been on these bulletin boards and see how many different opions there are. Its just like the dogs that we hunt, some like barn buners, some like medium speed and some just wants a rabbit dog. Myself I could stand a little of each of these traits. Here's the real answer to all these polls, Hunt what you like and like what you hunt. One more thing, I would rather get with a good bunch of friends and turn loose and have a good time, then going to a hunt and listen to all the bitching.

Thornie,
Don't encourage him about hunting dogs. He has run the hair off everything we own. They hide in the dog box's when he pulls in.
The males don't scratch and sniff their feet are to sore.LOL!
Glad your back, how is that baby doing? and Mom?
