Obviously, you would notice the color and conformation first, unless you don't look at the dog when it gets out of the truck.
The next thing you would notice would be the handling, unless the handler just opens the box and ignores the dog, then the dog would do whatever it wants.
The next thing would be the dogs hunt, it'll have to hunt to do the other things.
Then you would notice the kind of mouth the dog has, when he sounds of course.
Next would be how the hound uses his mouth.
Last but not least you would notice the hounds foot speed.
That wasn't too hard once I understood the question.
