Feedback on Tri-Tronics

Had my first dealing with their customer service today. One of my collars stopped working they said it was the software inside it. Warranty ran out the 11th of Jan and they gave me a break on that and said they would cover it all since it just ran out. Cant beat that for customer service.

I have had 3 diff systems from them. When I say 3 diff. ones is because I upgraded each time. The one I have now is a G2 2 dog. I went to charge one of my collars and notice that one of the contact brackets on the base was broken and I couldnt charge the collar. I called them and told them the problem and gave them the serial number. The lady said ok its no problem, I am putting you one in the mail now. I had it in a couple of days. I am sure there are other brands out there that work just as good. But I like my Tri-Tronics.

I'm with the others. If their products are so bad, then lets hear what is so bad about them...

We had alot of troublw with the Trashbreaker models right before the G2's came out. Mine wouldnt work any further than a few hundred feet. I sent it back and it worked just fine. I dont know what exactly was wrong with it, but it was fixed. David Crosby had a 2-dog Trashbreaker and had nothing but trouble with it. He sent it back 3 times and it was never fixed. The only answer he was given ias that the big powerlines around here affected it.

I bought a 2-dog Classic 70 this summer and love it! Havent had the 1st problem with it. I have always had a good experience with their service dept. also

First one was the Sportsman model that cost 199 new.Came with 1 year warranty and quit working after 13 months.2nd was classic 70.It died under warranty, sent it back and works fine ever since I got it back.3rd is the Bark limiter XL,The only way to turn it off and on is to remove the battery.

Classic 70

I bought it new 7 years replaced the batteries after 3 years. Due some new batteries now. Overall, I would not by any other brand. The range is actually further than what they say. I have reached out and touched some dogs that had to have been at least a mile and a half to two miles away. Great system!

when i got my collars and receiver back they had totally replaced collars (new straps and receivers) and replaced the battery in my transmitter. Didnt cost me anything but what it was to ship it back. Couldnt have asked for them to do me any better.
