2 weeks of boredom

Well, kill season is over and we got 2 weeks until we can cut a dog loose again. Do most state's coon season go out for two weeks like ours does? I don't understand it. You can run your dogs all year round on anything but coons. What is the deal?

We can coon hunt all year long. Unless you have a deer lease that doesn't allow dogs on it during deer season.

My wife works mostly nights and weekends so I don't get to hunt much. I used to hunt every night but with kids it stop.
Love them and wouldn't trade them for anything
