If her milk hasn't dropped, or hasn't dropped enough, a shot of oxytocin (you can get it from the vet) helps milk let down (as well as expelling any retained placentas, and starts to get the uterus back in shape).
If she just isn't producing enough, get some kid milk replacer (for goats) from the feed store, and either mix it up into milk according to the directions, or just add the milk powder to her food - either way, make sure she has lots of fresh water, and if you mix her food, mix it very soupy.
