lost papers

I have a walker thats is a coon dog. what i have too do to get him registered., i lost the papers on him and i didnt not rigister him yet in my name, and dont know the guys name that i got the dog from.

Sara, how will that help him? If he doesn't know the guys name he got the dog from or doesn't have the papers any longer, what info can he fill out?

You're right! He doesn't have the paper and somehow I missed that. The Affidavit (Application to Re-Establish a Cancelled Record) would not apply in this case since it must be accompanied by the Registration Certificate.

Duplicates cannot be applied for since he does not know who the registered owner is. We can't help you, sorry. This dog cannot be registered if it was already registered. It's very important to know from whom you purchase a dog so if you need help like this, you can get it. I'm very sorry for the confusion and thanks for straightening me out Buckshot.
