Allright folks I got a question. Any of you ever got a flu shot??? Did it work??? Reason I ask is because my wife had a flu shot back in the fall. About two weeks ago she caught the flu. She was sick for about 4 days. I've never had one flu shot in my life. I didn't get it last year or this year.

This is the first year I ever got a flu shot. I didnt get sick at all and usually I get sick around deer season every year. Not a sniffle or anything.

I've been taking a flu shot, each year, for around 12 years now. Only had the flu once in those 12 years. I think they are a good thing. Seems the different strains of flu shots compine and build up over the years.

From what I HEAR.The flu shots are just for a certain strain of flu.Its a guessing game.They give a shot for for the strain they think is most likely to hit.She must have got another type of flu.

I get a flu shot every year.It has never made me sick.I have not even had a cold in 10 years.that is the truth.I also take 500mg of vitamin c and 50 mg of zinc every day.

I have taken the FLU shot every year for 5 years. Haven't had the flu or even the hint of the flu. Now, if only they can make a "Sinus Infection" shot, we'll be in business!
