HEY UKC, How long does it take to get an answer?
A few weeks back there was a question brought back in to the MOH that he ruled properly on, there was a complaint filed at the time. There was a committee held and they overturned the MOH decision based on what the handler told them the Advisor said, (which was wrong as far as I can see). I know that UKC is pretty busy most of the time, but there shouldn't be any problem solving this question. If there are any questions regarding that scorecard and incident (and there should be some serious ones) then someone at UKC needs to be asking them soon. You can PM me if you like and I will be happy to clear up anything that I can.
