Misunderstanding

Hi everbody I think there is a little misunderstanding going around on how about I got the dogs I have and how they got trained. So I would like to clarify it. Bobby Cody sent a female home with me and told me if I make her a Champion and raise her Pups I could pick what I wanted , he would get a pup and we split the rest. I made the female a Champion before she had her pups I raised the litter he got a pup I kept what I wanted and the rest was sold. That is how I got King and Queen did I get Lucky? yes, but I have to say the whole litter was nice. Queen is a very Inteligent dog I could set her up on the ground at four months old and walk away from her, King is a great dog good personality but I did not work him like I did Queen we just wanted him for Hunting both of these dogs Love to please me and I trained these dogs and I'm proud of them. I still have so much to learn and have a lot of respect for all the great Handlers out there. I did not learn this overnight and had some help from some great poeple I meet along the way.So I would like to thank all of you. If you guys want me to post a pick to see what dogs I'm talking about I can otherwise I just like to leave it like this.

SO IF ANYONE SAY'S OTHERWISE ON WHO TRAINED THESE DOGS YOU ARE WRONG. IT WAS ME VERA BERGBAUER NO ONE ELSE

Congratulations on your fine hounds.........you should not have to explain anything to people. Sounds to me that you and Mr. Cody had a deal and you both are happy with the deal you two made !!! Therefore it is no one's business other than yours and Mr. Cody's, you will always have rumors in this world so don't pay much attention to them. Best of Luck to you and your hounds in the future. it takes alot of work to get to where you are with your dogs,

Keep your head up!!! Your dogs are beautiful and you should be very proud of them and yourself!!! I saw your Queen female at Southeastern Treeing Walker Days in NC and she looked super!!!
I am new to the showing world. I just love dogs and I can tell from some of the pictures that you have posted that you feel the same way. Don't let someone spreading rumors get you down!!

My daughter told me at Walkerdays that people was talking that she overheard something like, that someone else trained Queen for me and and a few other people and I let it go and then know again so I just wanted to set the record staight.

Thank you very much. You are right I Love dogs and I Love trainig them not just for Bench Show just anything. When I had a ruff day I take my dogs set them lose and just watch them play and it relaxes me. Thanks again

Vera, I know exactly how you feel and it is very upsetting to have people trash you and your dogs when you have worked so hard. I've seen you handle lots of dogs that you have trained, and they were all great looking!
Hang in there, all those jealous people don't really count anyway.

Please tell Nicole that Jerry and I said WELL DONE for her wins at Brazil this past week-end. I'll bet she is still on cloud 9!

I will help clarify this for Vera. I saw these pups before she even started training them . They were born at her home and she has always had King and Queene. I even told her how good they looked and she better keep them. They also said that Queene was another Shadow to them . Like they spoil Queenie like I do Shadow and she stays in the house with them and another thing Vera has done all the training with her dogs and she does do a great job. She has even helped me with my red dog Annie. NO ONE Got these dogs for her or trained them for her and shame on whome ever said other wise. Keep up the fine work Vera

Vera... I feel your pain on this subject. Just heard this week that someone said that they trained my Cherry Creek Banjo Rick Dog!! I think that is funny because i was the one who had him since he was 5 weeks old until i sold him at the age of 5 years old. Some people just lie for a living and i believe the same person who is saying that about you is saying it about me! Keep your head up and let it roll off like water on a ducks back. The winning circle is getting so petty.

First I would like to go public to note that AT NO TIME HAVE I EVER SAID OR WOULD I SAY THAT I TRAINED VERA OR SCOTT'S DOGS.

THESE DOGS WERE ALL TRAINED BY THEIR OWNERS VERA AND SCOTT! I'VE JUST BEEN THE LUCKY ONE THAT HAS BEEN GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO WALK INTO THAT SHOW ARENA AND WIN!!

SO WHOM EVER FEELS THEY WOULD LIKE TO EXPRESS THAT I HAVE BOUGHT, RAISED, TRAINED, BLA BLA BLA THESE DOGS.....SORRY WON'T TAKE THE CROWN OF GLORY BECAUSE IT ISN'T OWED TO ME!!!!!

You may not have noted a name.... but I called Rodney directly and he noted yes, that apparently evil IDIOTS would rather express to two very nice NEWcomers of the sport that I was taking credit. The only credit I get to accept is that I handled all dogs noted for their wins at major events!!!!!

8 mile - Tricia has no problem with guilt at all. That's why I have a JRT I bought from her a YEAR ago that I still haven't seen papers for. I just get ignored.
