Hello to you, too!
Hi Sara!
I cruise the board often as you probably know.
Just an update on things here in the Gulf Coast of Texas: we live in Port Lavaca where Hurricane Claudette came on short Tuesday. My husband and I and all the dogs are fine as are our house and kennel. Our yard, fencing, pool, etc are a mess. Of the over 100 trees we had in our yard, fewer than 25 are left standing. Our pool has two trees in it. Our privacy fencing is in some other county, our chain link fencing is down around the perimeter of the yard but thankfully the kennel fencing is in tact. The rear excersize yards have a tree lying across them but we should get that removed today. It looks like a war zone. We are without power and have been since 10:55am on Tuesday. The temperatures here are in the 90's and the heat index is intense. We do have water so we are keeping the dogs cool with water. Their kennel building is concrete block and is cooler than being outside. They seem OK. All in all, not a good time. But we are fine and the dogs are fine. That's the important thing.
