Has ukc changed the rules to where the master of hounds of a RQE can hunt a dog in it ?

No sir, at a regular hunt, a hunt director can hunt in the hunt but a RQE requires a master of hounds and under that format, it is the same as it always has been. Master of Hounds can't hunt or no dog that he owns can be hunted in the hunt
