Mulberries Pears & Apples

Never seen mulberries as big as this year, and the trees are loaded! Raccoon are sure loving them. Have treed several in mulberry trees past 2 weeks. Fence row apple and pear trees are loaded also. Just wondering if the fruit is extra heavy in other areas.

Mulberries are small here in Maryland this year, but there’s tons of them. Hedgerows and edges are loaded with coons right now. No pear or apple trees to speak of. Pawpaws and persimmons are looking good but not even close to ripe. Wild cherry and raspberries are getting close and look good. One big domestic cherry tree I know of had Quarter size sweet black cherries that were ripe the 2nd week of May. There were 4 or 5 coons in that tree all night every night for 3 wks until the fruit was gone.
