Singing In The Rain?

OK, Is it just MY two coonhounds or.... does anyone else notice that they HOWL when it is raining outside? My Bluetick Wyatt and B and T Webster just gave me a five minute concert.... Not a REAL pleasant one because they were on either Side of ME on the sofa! It is not quite as great a song when it is iN YOUR EAR!!!!!
This is the second day in a row I have noticed this. I thought yesterday it was due to the severe thunderstorms. Today it is JUST heavy rain....
Has ANYONE noticed this behaviour?????
The greyhound is sleeping soundly....
Happy hunting!
Heather William

All I have to say is...

... OUCH!
I hate any sort of elec shock!
The two coonies went out, after dinner.... in the pouring rain, to do their thing and... funny how QUIET they are now that they are curled up on the sofa again! No more "singing"
My ears are still RINGING! Wyatt, the Bluetick... begins his song with NO WARNING.... I LOVE to hear it... OUTSIDE! I'll keep him! Websters voice is not NEARLY as loud but he is improving a bit. He just won't howl at the right time... he tracks the squirrels and cats TOTALLY silently, like a cat. Since he is not a hunting dog by ANY stretch of the imagination.... I forgive him.
