What is the best that people use for fleas on their hounds? Or what to use for kennels

I zip tie cow tags to there collars and put cedar chips in the dog houses.

Fleas

I have used Simparica (Now use the Trio) for several years. Haven't seen a flea in years. Also very good at controlling ticks. Don't think anything is 100% on ticks but it's very effective.
