2.5 year old Shot female

2.5 year old female Treeing Walker. Fully Committed Money Shot x Wipeout 3 Dee again. Will run track and tree coons some. Inconsistent on getting treed every night but that's also my fault. I haven't really put much time into her at all. She's been in the woods 30 or so nights in the last 9 months but she hasn't been hunted consistent week after week either. She's got a decent handle, an alright mouth, chop on track, bawl locate, bawl chop on tree. Doesn't go extremely deep. Haven't hunted her much with other dogs. She is a little bit of a barker in the kennel wheb she doesn't have the no bark collar. Should make a dog for somebody just not going to be me. I'm taking a step back on hunting and concentrating more on family. UKC papered and PKC papered. Not superstaked yet. Located in northeast Nebraska. Just one question?

What would the price be “IF” she treed raccoon consistent, if she was quiet in the kennel and if she had a bawl on track and chop on tree??
