what gives there? mailed in Registration application on a young dog5-16-2025 was at postal office zip 49002 on May 20 . to date had not been picked up yet.

a friend of mine done his on line march 24 and has not received his papers yet.

Been waiting on permanent papers for a pup I sent in back in March . At this rate he will be trained before I get them .

Give them some credit......they are outstanding at cashing checks and processing payments! Kudos to UKC!

Yep amazing how quick payment is processed. Payment should be when process is completed and shipped. I bet that would help their poor service improve.

Just checked the tracking number. Registration letter was received at destination.. May 20 still on June 11 has not been picked up

From what I was told, they may be processed, they may be "mailed" as in the postage applied, but they will sit in a stack until there's enough to mail bulk. Seriously, last year I called, chatted, etc, and low and behold it was found in the to-be-mailed pile, stamped and all.
