About 65-70lb
Dark colored and about as good looking as they come.
Nice big loud mouth. Bawl and chop. Nice head and feet.

To my Knowledge this dog has never been fooled with and just sat on a chain or in a kennel.
I found him and bought him thinking I could get him started easily this spring but he needs more time than I want to give.

Paid very little attention to a cage coon I showed him. But will fight and bark at a coon out of the cage. He will track a drag and do a pretty quick job. But has not opened on the ground or treed. Does bark at game around the kennel.

I’ve had him to the woods about a dozen times. First night he went the full distance with another dog that was treed.
2-3 times he went 3-600 yards and turned around and come back.

I’ve also picked him and another dog up over a mile.
Sometimes he will tag along and sometimes not.

To me he is green as grass and doesn’t know much more than a pup.

He is good in the kennel don’t bark much unless something is out there making him do so.

This dog needs hunted and started from square one imo. A place with more coon would probably work wonders on him.

I just raised a couple litters out of my own dogs and I would rather put my time into them.

Some time in the woods and a few coon knocked down to him would probably get him going. If you don’t mind giving one a late start he is probably a nice prospect.
