I mailed off permanent registration papers Feb.28 on 4 pups i kept out of a litter i raised.No papers back yet.Im getting worried but looks like its not just me.ha.
Never had a problem in the past with UKC.Hopefully ill get my papers back.

Online Reg

Permanent Papers took 5 weeks, good enough for me.

MAILED OUT ON 2/14/25

MAILED OUT MY PUPS PAPERS ON 2/14/25 AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED REGULAR PAPERS. KEEP CALLING AND ALLWAYS ON HOLD. THEY MUST ONLY HAVE ONE EMPLOYEE THATS DOING IT ALL. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Did online transfer of ownership Sunday evening. Paid for expedited service. Received papers in the mail Thursday in central Illinois. Pretty awesome service in my opinion.

As long as we keep registering and participating what incentive does UKC have to improve? If your kids got bad grades and did not do their chores did you pay them their allowance?? This has been going on for sometime…… ????

still no papers.

Called last week and they would send out a new set of papers as they said the first set must have been lost in mail. Still no papers.
p.s. Was on hold all day waiting for someone to pick up line. Must only have one or two people answering phone calls.

I got 3 of the 4 dogs in the mail today.The fourth dog i ordered the 7 generation pedegree so they must be going to send his papers seperately.Hopefully.About 2 and a half month wait.Thats ok as long as i get them.ha.Everyone should just expect a 2 or three month waiting time.

Yes quality is very poor. I ordered 7 generation papers. Came back poorly filled out. About2/3??? Some blanks left were dogs actually completed in other branch’s of this tree. . The problem is not the workers but the leaders. Fire a few and see if things start to improve. Perry
