Mr. Walter Jack Smith

I’ve not seen anything for awhile posted by Mr. Jack and his Pearl River hounds. I’m hoping he is well. I always enjoyed following his posts and hearing about his hounds. The way he describes his hounds sounds like the type I’ve always enjoyed cooking the most.

Hope all is well with Mr. Jack and the Pearl River Blues!
