Garmin T5 help.

I have a Garmin t5 collar I put on the charger when I got home from work and it turned red like it was charging and then when I just went to go out hunting I turned it one and synced it to my handheld and it was fine. Then on my way to the woods I noticed it just shut off and I went back home to put it on the charger and it won’t turn red like it charging or do anything. Anyone know what could be wrong with it? Working just fine before today.

Dirty contacts?

Tooth brush is what I use. I don't use much force on charging clip. But collar I get aggressive.

I have used a small wire brush to clean side terminals. Doesn't take much. But they do get dirty hunting. I have gotten used to turning on and checking charge as soon as I take them off charger.
