Help with my Garmin

Does anyone know the setting to get my hand held to show where I've been in the woods to show on my screen. I've done something to it and can't get it to show so I can back track out of the woods. In my country they are alot of one way in and one way out and I use it alot to get back to my truck.

this is for a 200 but should be something close on 100 may have to go settings-tracks look for same info
