Does this sound familiar to anyone? Dog was found in the Midwest and also has another 6 digit tattoo inside her right flank but it's very hard to read. Looking for any help to try and identify rightful owner. Have already contacted UKC, AKC and PKC without much luck, any help would be very appreciated, Thanks!
