Pup Papers

So I online registered for puppy papers for my litter at the end of August. Talked to UKC and they said they were mailed 9-19.... it's Oct 17th and I've got nothing. How do I file for lost papers for a litter of 10?????

Not happy! Of course my check was cashed immediately.......
