Name Tag Machine help

I have a Schmidt Model 4 tag machine and I'm looking for a Tag holder the ones made by Mtn. Tag Company. These hold the tag in place and allows you to stamp 3 lines. Does anyone know where I might find one? Any help is appreciated.
