If dog comes in to cast scoring tree on off game is it scratched?

RULE 4 h dogs treed but not declared treed on slick tree or off game will recieve minus
UNLESS HES / SHES A NT, CH, WILL BE SCRATCHED

NO it is the saved by the judge rule
If it comes in after the cast is there it is not scratched It receives it's strike points circled. It is rule 5(b) listed under Circle points.
5(b) No dog to receive minus points for coming into tree
after Judge arrives unless a coon is seen and the
dogs treeing are awarded plus points.
*This rule is listed as an exception for rule 4(a) strike minus and 6(f) scratch.

Some time you have to turn the card over and read the rule! Not trying to be smart but there are times it's the thing that has to be done.
