Can I hunt

The dog is not in my name yet just bought him. There is a hunt coming up soon and I want to hunt the dog. Can I fill out the back of the dogs papers and date them and hunt him in my name.

Hunt

If I remember right you have to put the owner of the papers down in the owner place and put your name down as the handler until papers are sent in.
