Using aftermarket batteries in a garmin track collar
Any one used a off brand batterie like on Amazon or eBay for a tt10 or tt15 etc garmin collar? They are half the price and look to be the same specs. They don't come with a metal piece replacement that holds the batt in place securely but don't see why you can't use the old one.Just wondering if they work as well.I need one.
I bought a after market battery for a dc-50 collar one time and it was a mistake ,the collar didnt work correctly at all. I had heard they wouldnt work work right. I will buy only garmin batteries from now on.When i bought the garmin battery the collar worked like it should and im still using it now.
