Where can the rules be found and the pay out of the events?

When a hound wins does it count toward TOC and title degrees?

You can find information about slams on the last two pages of the Rulebook. I will post snippets of them below.

Any win earned at a slam counts toward your degree, TOC, peformance, etc.
