GARMIN 100 ALPHA ..WHEN I PLUG IT IN TO CHARGE IT SAY,S XM NOT SUPPORTED
AND IT WONT LET ME UPDATE IT ,, ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED

My first question would have to be. Are you using the charger and cord that came with it.

What program are you using to try and update it? Use Garmin express. If I was you I would call Garmin today at 1800-800-1020 and have your handheld with you and they should be able to figure it out.
