We hear and read a lot of negativity, I wanted to share some good news! I mailed my papers on Feb 8 2022. Tracking number showed them picked from Grand Rapids Dist. on the 12th. No other movement. I called my local post office and they did everything possible to locate them, but after 19 days USPS finally decides they are probably lost. I contacted UKC and they walked me through the process of filling for duplicate papers and duplicate ownership transfer. I emailed all the info to them last Wednesday and received my papers in the mail today! I can’t speak for anyone else, but all my problems was with USPS. I’ve used certified mail forever and never had any issues. In the future I will not be using USPS certified mail! It cost a little more but I will be paying the extra money to ensure my papers make to UKC and back to me. Thanks again UKC for your help!
